Women's Ministry

Without "ministry," the women's ministry would just be "women." That's why we are focused on caring for and helping others. Jesus Himself said He came to serve, so we should serve as well.

Periodically, the women have Ministry Breakfasts consisting of fellowship, a devotion and small ministry projects. There are also opportunities to help with Funeral Dinners and visit shut-ins.

All for You: Surrender, Sacrifice, Serve

"Have a Helper" - Mentoring

The women's ministry also has a mentoring program among women to foster friendships that point to the word of God for answers and encouragement.

Mentoring is simply creating a friendship focused on Christ by showing someone else what you have done. You are not expected to have all the answers, but you turn to the One who does. Titus 2:3-5 commands older women to teach younger women, and we all have something to offer no matter what our age or past.

Participants are matched based on questionnaires and meet once a month at their convenience. The women's "E-votions" offer a mentoring thought/question to help guide the conversation during these meetings.

Download our women's brochure to learn more about Biblical mentoring and see if you would like to be a part of it.

Mentoring surveys are due October 1st.

Connecting with Us through E-votions

FBC Fairborn is bringing the women's ministry to you when you want it where you want it through weekly e-votions (email devotions). This school year we will focus on "Women Walking with Jesus" by examining how women and Jesus interacted. How did women respond to Jesus? How did He respond to them?

Weekly Emails Include:
